By accepting a quote, paying a deposit, approving an invoice, or asking us to begin work, you confirm that you have read and agree to Criltech Media's Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our websites are provided as a managed service.
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Once a quote is accepted, 25% of the total quote is due before work can begin. This secures your project slot and allows us to begin planning, design, and setup work.
The remaining balance must be paid as agreed in your quote, invoice, or payment plan.
We may pause work, delay launch, or withhold final delivery until outstanding balances are paid.
We provide an all-in-one managed website service designed for small businesses, trades, and non-technical clients who want a professional website without needing to manage the technical side themselves.

In simple terms, we are not just selling a one-off website file. We are providing a managed website service.
Once your project has been paid for in full, you may use the final approved website content and brand assets for your business.
However, unless agreed otherwise in writing:
Where hosting is included, it forms part of the managed service.
Where a free domain is included with your package:
Domains arranged through our packages are managed by Criltech Media as part of the overall service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Because our websites are typically built within a managed ecosystem, they are not always designed to be transferred elsewhere in a fully portable format.
If you stop hosting with us, your website may be taken offline as part of the end of the managed service.
Where an aftercare package is included, Criltech Media provides up to 60 minutes of website update time per calendar month for the first 3 months (90 days) after your website goes live.
This time can be used for small changes and improvements within the existing website structure. Examples include:
This monthly allowance is for small updates only. It does not include major redesigns, new pages, advanced SEO work, new functionality, rebranding, or third-party integrations unless agreed separately.
Additional time beyond the included 60 minutes is charged at £29.99 per hour.
Any additional work will always be agreed with you before it begins.
Unused time does not roll over unless agreed in writing.
Projects are quoted based on the agreed scope of work.
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the package you purchase. If you request extra pages, major changes, additional features, or anything outside the agreed scope, extra charges may apply.
If the project changes significantly after work has started, we may issue an updated quote before continuing.
To help us complete your project on time, you agree to:
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing content, late approvals, or incomplete information.
Payments must be made on time as stated in your invoice or agreement.
If payment is late, we may:
Any extra work requested outside your agreed package will be quoted or billed separately.
Digital products, downloadable files, templates, and similar items are non-refundable once supplied, accessed, or downloaded, unless UK law says otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights.
If you cancel after work has started, we may retain payments already made and invoice for work completed up to the cancellation date, subject to your legal rights.
For monthly or subscription services, cancellation terms will be as stated in your package, quote, or invoice.
Where stated in your package, we include essential SEO foundations such as page titles, metadata, and basic optimisation.
However, we do not guarantee:
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, content quality, reputation, and wider marketing activity.
Some parts of your project may rely on third-party services or providers, such as hosting companies, domain registrars, design tools, plugins, analytics tools, payment processors, and external software or integrations.
We are not responsible for outages, price changes, restrictions, or feature changes made by third-party providers.
Any third-party subscriptions or licence costs are separate unless clearly included in your package.
We always aim to provide a high-quality, professional service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where the law does not allow it.
Where permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to our services will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of reputation, or losses caused by third-party services outside our control.
We may suspend or end services if:
If a managed website plan ends, the website and related hosting services may also end.
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us in writing and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
