The phone number is now a prominent, tappable button at the top of every page. No scrolling, no hunting. One tap and you are through to the team.

We also added a WhatsApp button for customers who prefer to message first — particularly useful for non-emergency enquiries like vehicle transport and scrap car collection.

Integrated App Download

One of the standout features of the new site is the app download prompt. Customers can add JJ Recovery 1 directly to their phone's home screen — so the next time they need recovery, the number is already there.

This is not a separate app build. It is a Progressive Web App (PWA) integration built directly into the website, which means zero extra cost and instant availability on both iOS and Android.

Live Google Reviews

Trust is everything in the recovery industry. When you are calling a stranger to come and help you at 2am, you need to know they are reliable.

We embedded a live Google Reviews feed directly on the homepage. Real reviews, real names, real star ratings — updating automatically as new reviews come in. No copy-paste, no outdated testimonials.
